I love traditional homes, versus open plans. As long as the rooms are not as tight and narrow as they used to be. I am not a blue/ green person but sage is one of those colors, on trend or not, that is so relaxing. Glad to see the end of the cold greys. Great video!
Nothing looks more dated than what was "trendy" a few years ago. Never follow trends.
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE💗I hope you had an amazing holiday season! I can’t wait to share some amazing projects together this year!! Let me know which design trend is your favourite for 2022!!
Thank you Tristen, all good to know…
How to re ground? Will last long time
I have always loved the traditional style decor. I have a apartment and it’s so hard for me to put this in play
John, George S. Dyer, and Mike R. Poo. They could . Mrs. Adami would not have stopped them !!
Hi, what green color did you paint your doors?
i’m an architectural designer and the closed off living space is so far from true when it comes to living room and kitchens. no one wants their living room in a completely separate room
Beautiful!
I like everything you talked about except the dark green , it reminds me of the hunter green of the 90s. However, the light misty green is pretty.
Get “smart” devices out of your homes! They are just spying and data collection devices. They can turn off your t-stat If you use too much electricity. EMF overload.

Great video, Thank you 😊
Interesting, the walls of my childhood room have been sage green for the last 30 years (approx)! Now they’re trendy! 🙂
That Sage Green color looks terrible. I think that that trend is not going to last long.
i love that traditional style is coming back. I don’t think it actually ever goes out of style but glad it’ll be more on trend now. 😍
So happy to have found you. I’ve been decor lost. I wanted to do an accent wall in Green.
Why do you hold your eyes closed when you blink?
Can you do a dedicated video on creating a home office?
John could have said to G,
I really enjoy watching your design tips. I have definitely used many of your ideas! I am trying to incorporate from traditional to transitional look. I did add some distressed white furniture in the kitchen hope that will still go with my existing walnut furniture that I can not replace….
Котагымды шайнамаш
Talks too much
I don’t like the color green. So I put them up in faux and real plants
Trends causes things to look outdated. I like things that are timeless. Trends are what other people like. What really matters is what you like if you’re the one who lives in it.
Keep going sis 👌👌❤
Enjoyed the video. I’m in the boomer generation. Its interesting that traditional decor is coming back.

The color of the decade is green and every year A variation of green will be en vogue. We saw at the beginning of this a few years back now when varying degrees of green cabinets in kitchens again trending. Now we are seeing the design shows using green bathroom tiles, bedroom walls, furniture of every room, and vehicles. Colour of the decade.
You got it right on all the trend for myself I renovated my kitchen I made marble white with light zebra or roots and I went with a large black kitchen sick I am going to put a light blanxhinchene vynil which will cover my mistake I painted my gray ceramic in white and iam going to add a beautiful rou’d table with a marble top big Louis de 14 mirror à huge lustre with 5 branches plafonnier to add a toscan feel I going to have black Italian handcrafted with gold leaf medecis époque mirror nice beige silk like and white drape curtains and flowers green blue yellow
I love what you’re saying but can you slow down a bit? You’re racing through everything.
Thank you for the advice and ideas – you’re clearly very talented.
What if your walls have that almost popcorn feel like a ceiling? The home was built in or about 2000 , so they have that texture. All over the house! Can they still be painted successfully? With what type of paint?
If traditional is returning, which I do love, will leaded glass windows feel old and stuffy or work well? We need updated ways to cover windows looking directly at our neighbors without losing light.
I love this post and have watched it several times. I find it really useful to see so many different examples in all the different images you included. Please do more posts like this. Thank you.
can you suggest sage color palettes?
Hi ,Kristen. I just watching your channel a few times and I really enjoy. Thank you for doing this. I’m struggling with redecorating my house for years. Are you an interior designer?
Hi, great video! Can you do a video on banquette seating?
I really enjoy your videos they’re very relaxing to watch and listen to. you do a 👏🏽 job giving advice🥰
I’ve never liked open concept homes because people enjoy having their own spaces and get aways. It always felt like a lazy design and I was so surprised people wanted to knock down walls to keep on trend. I bet a lot of them are now regretting it.
Hello, when moving into a home, is there a way to ensure there are no hidden cameras? Thank you!
Today’s trends are tomorrow’s "dated home".
I’ve never liked open floor plans, so it’s nice to finally be ‘on trend’!
I think I’m blessed because if not I wouldn’t have met someone who is as spectacular as expert Mrs Mary Davis
