I recommend looking at how Koreans do their skincare and natural makeup, i think its perfect and I have cystic acne too and it cleared my skin up within 3 months 🙂
the girl that is contouring with the beige sticks – bronzer and blush – what brand is that
Remember if you are a teenager (which chances are you are one) you probably shouldn’t follow most skin care from adults because you skin complexion as a teen is waaay different from just about all adults.
why do they ALL rub their face that muchhhhhhhh
Sorry but all these people saying "if your a human you should have pores" or " if a product Sais it can take away your pores it is lying" yet thy don’t have pores themselves they are literally using a bunch of filters.
Most of the stuff they are saying is bushtit as most of them said everyone’s skin if different so tips that they say and works for them aren’t necessarily gunna work for you.
The thing that said what amount of shampoo to use was very wrong for me, I have extremely thick hair so I need much more
I’ve tried doing the "recommended" amount of shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair dry and not clean at all. This method may work if you have the straight, paper thin hair though. Also noticed that hair dressers don’t even use that amount when washing someone’s hair.

I struggle with atopic dermatitis on my face, its finally cleared up leaving me with uneven skin for steroid use, awful acne, and horrible blackheads. My problem areas are mostly my forehead and cheekbone area. I was hoping if anyone could offer some advice on how to even out my naturally darker complexion (mostly the t-zone, eye area, and hairline) and help with the acne because I can’t use things like salycilic acid, or benzoyl peroxide with out it bringing my eczema back.
SPF is a life saver but it is so expensive. The few times I can obtain it is if someone buys me it for christmas or my birthday
I NEED SUNSCREEN
BUT I CANT BUY ANYTHING MYSELF TILL AM 18 😭

i mean i just have a separate tube of no rinse-spit out fluoride that my orthodontist gave me since I have braces, so not really a problem for me
Okay okay okay! I do nothing among these except for keeping my skin hydrated and look I have clear skin, no pimples or no acne. Fair skin, plump lips, cat eyes, slender nose. OK UMMM WHAT DID I DO-
Wearing suncrean leaves a white layer on my skin and I do not like it at all
5.35 was very helpful since I wasn’t doing it in the right order 💀
For those struggling with acne (i’ve struggled with acne for the past 6 years but have been able to maintain nearly completely clear skin for the past few months): diet is everything. High glycemic foods like white bread, white rice, sugary foods will cause flare ups. Eating more vegetables (specifically for their fibers) help reduce the blood sugar spike after a meal makes a huge difference. After I started ending all my meals with a large salad, my acne has gone way down and my skin has evened out a lot. Of course, don’t forget your skincare basics like cleansing, moisturizing, etc

There is NO WAY that using paper towel made THAT big of a difference. I’ve been using paper towels everyday, for the past 3 years, and it has not made a difference on the texture on my skin
Do I need to do my skin routine (sunscreen and moisturizer) at night or in the morning? I usually do it at night, but idk if the sunscreen is still effective for the next day.
“dont rinse your mouth out”
my dentist who tells me to rinse my mouth after: 🤠
"Don’t use natural remedies"
That’s some bs right there lol get outta here

My little sister is actually allergic to something that they put in sunscreen, she also has very sensitive skin so she cant put too many products on
What is exfoliating
My holy 4 of skincare tips:
1. Consider your skin to be a thesis. You wouldn’t want misleading information in there, so you’d double-check your sources. The same is true for skin. Whatever you see on social media, confirm it using credible sources.
2.Plagiarism is not cool. You’d receive a F if you replicated someone else’s thesis. The same is true for skin. Your skin is unique to you since your DNA is unique. What works for others may not work for you.
3.Quality over quantity. It is not considered a thesis if you type "rubber duck" 10,000 times. However, if it is well-written but brief, it will almost certainly receive an A. If you don’t require the 30-step Korean skincare routine, don’t get it. If your three-step skincare routine works for you, that is all you need.
4. Skin care is made for two reasons: health and aesthetic. Most of us doing skincare aren’t prone to skin cancer and don’t have itchy ir burning acne. If you do that’s when you’re supposed to absolutely do skin care and seek a dermatologist because it’s bad for your health. But usually, we just want to have glass skin. And we have a right to work towards that, or to just like the ritualistic preparation of skincare. If you have dry spots or break outs, but is otherwise healthy, and doesn’t want to spend half-an-hour doing skincare every night, you shouldn’t feel pressured too. As long as you’re healthy you’re free to do as you see best.
The first one?????? Toilet paper?
I have a good skin. I’m addicted to use skincare products like removers, cleansing balms and foams, toners, essences, different kind of serums, masks, eye creams, moisturizers, night masks, sunscreens, lip balms etc. My brother has acne problems (though it’s not that bad he just scars them that’s why they tend to look bad) and I tried to help him with different products but none of them worked to clear them all. I always thought my skin is good because I use lots of products but to be honest, that’s not the case at all… I also tried to help some of my friends but didn’t affect that much. So in the end I understand that it’s not because they don’t look after their skin. It’s because their skin tend to those and everyone is different
5:25 no need to like 🙂🙂
3:34 YALL JUST READ THE TOOTHPASTE INSTRUCTIONS, SHE IS LYING, YOU HAVE TO RINSE IT OFF !!!!!!!!!!!
Which sunscreen is the best for combination skin type???
!quick tip/rant for people who are binge watching this type of video and feel like they’re not getting anywhere!
tbh if none of this works, just leave the skin alone. ever since i tried to follow the skin care beauty trend and new beauty standards of glass skin, my skin and i suffered, A LOT. the less i touch it, the better i feel. i was made to feel i absolutely needed to get rid of pimples, spots, lines, etc. but who tf says? its been extremely freeing tbh and im not spending useless money anymore. info around this topic is confusing, contradictory, and unscientific, only aimed at getting you to spend the most and buying too many products (or marketing that there’s one "true product" that is all you’ll ever need). they’re all marketing scams tbh and consumerism at its best (dont get me started on make up).
!of course this is what i think personally and i understand the opposite pov!
but honestly guys, if you ever feel at your wits’ end with this stuff, or you feel desperate bc you’ve "tried it all", or you’re made to feel like "less"..then drop this stuff. exist as yourself for a while
when suncream upsets ur face 🧍♂
3:52 is wrong . I am a dentist and I know for sure that is wrong info.
The girl that was talking about if your moisturiser have SPF in it you don’t need to wear sunscreen you still do because if you get wet your moisturiser rub off whereassunscreen is waterproof it won’t rub off
I’m glad that some of these ladies talk about how different everyone’s skin is, because how your skin reacts to products and treatments are unique to you and you alone.
I’m seeing so many red flags in these videos, they’re saying some truths but if i see you applying the pipette directly onto your face then I’m gonna find it hard to trust your judgement on everything else you’re saying
Is charcoal face washes good for my skin? I have medium to low range in acne and I’m turning 14! What is the best skin care products and routines for clear skin?
What we should actually see❤
Is the tooth decaying real? I rinse out the toothpaste completely 😩
Not one sunscreen has worked for me. They all break me out. I’m so sick of it. So now i have gotten blinds in my house on every window and i sit in my cave of a house without a sunscreen. Tho i do apply one if and when i go out, breaks me out 🥲 But nothing Paula’s choice BHA can’t handle. So yeah.
Do people actually use sunscreen every day and reapply every two hours? What about your body, do you apply to it as well or just face?
I cannot deal with influences ussing the serum droppers on skin directly.
The paper towel thing… Just use paper with no strange pattern that can irritate your skin. Anyways, it’s better to use a smooth and soft cotton towel especifically for the face; have one to dry your hands and the other to dry your face (always patting, no rubbing).
I actually have a tip for better skin
"The right cleanser"
Buying the right cleanser that’s for Ur skin is good if u have acne use an acne cleanser
and another skin types use the right ones
"Moistures"
Moistures is really good for an skin and don’t overdoes it it will dry Ur skin more 💀
"Sunscreen"
Sunscreen is really good it makes Ur skin it makes the skin texture
"Face mask"
Using face mask is really good and I once used face mask and my skin was looking smooth and the spot was like almost invisible
"Many products"
Don’t use many products it’s bad it expensive just like 4-6 products are good
If someone says drink water ist good for Ur skin NO! It will just make it healthy like cmon
That’s all i know if u have more tips tell me
None:
My dad in medical shop: girl wth are you gonna do with sunscreen at winter? *puts it back*
Me: *ok…*
Hey, can I please get any advice? Since I am pale, like pale (The pharmacist thought I needed to talk to a dietitian after I walked in😭) but I still wear sunscreen bc I dont wanna burn and skin care right? But I still don’t know how to wear sunscreen without looking like a dead corpse, what do you guys think I can do to fix this?
3:11 Im suprised how she put the mascara without "The face"
7:40 Uhm yea that’s why dermatologist goes to med school and has 10 years plus more studies than esthetician and actually can treat skin problems that esthetician can’t but okay
6:03 I forgot when me and my mom asked my doctor about my acne, I do know it was my early teen years, but during one of my annual well child checkup, we asked about treatment for my acne. My family doctor prescribed me this gel that dries out the skin that covers the pimples, and recommend getting face washes that had salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. My mother got the face washes and face wipes for me, and herself, and my acne has been under control when I remember to use them regularly.
1. have the money
okay I need clarification so basically many people say to moisturize like the second to last step of the am skincare but then some people say moisturize after you wash your face- basically 2nd step 4 me….
super helpful!
I don’t really use any products and my skin is clear
