I’ve been visiting the French Riviera for the past 20 years. Must say that the sand beaches are very overrated. Avoid the famous beaches in Nice and St. Tropez. Instead, look for cliffs, rocks and traditional old piers. Fewer people, cleaner water, and an overall better experience. Also, join the old French dudes playing boules. It’s awesome 😂
Hey everyone, I’m french(and live in France) so I don’t really know what to tell you but if anyone got any questions don’t hesitate asking me!
One thing I would add about how good the trains are in Europe. If you’re in Paris, both Amsterdam and London are only a two hour train ride away. France makes a good base for multiple location holidays. Planning Paris for May 2023, gonna hit the boulangeries hard 😋
Love your videos from Bangladesh 🥰
This video has such amazing editing and content! I enjoyed every second of it! Proud to be part of the limitless army!
Great video wonderful Lexie!!! I had a great time in Paris when I visited 9 years ago! Great tip about learning some French before you go, I did and it made things so much easier!
Already IN LOVE with the concept of this series!!!!
You little Lara Croft..❤🧡💛
Bonjour depuis la France ! Hâte de vous y revoir 😉
As a Brit who’s lived here on the French Riviera for over 18 years this was a nice video to watch 😊 My local region of the Esterel Côte d’Azur area nestled in between Cannes and St Tropez is a great contrast to the stereotypical areas of the Riviera with its lovely quiet coastlines and natural surroundings. It’s not all glitz and glamour here and I mean that in the best way possible
Thank u for all these tips on France. May I pass on one more tip? Alizee, She is my favorite French singer. Look her up guys. Moi Lolita is her best song.
My boyfriend eats snails 😅😂. I’m vegan woohoo 🙌 who’s vegan here?
This is the best travel tips I’ve ever come across, just absolutely beautiful and amazing content Lexie, I’ve been to France and I’d love to visit again
If you wanna discover France, deeply, you can go away from bug cities and come in Bretagne, or South West for exemple. There are so many landscape, so many cultures in our country ! 🙂
hey Lexie, great idea this series! Thanks for the tips and tricks for traveling that you share with us in every video. About France, one "must see" area I would recommend is Loire Valley, is an area of great mountains and Castles. Have fun and keep traveling!
Thank you very much Lexie for painting France in such a wonderful light! As a French viewer, this is greatly appreciated.
Everyone, please come visit, and remember: France is not Paris!
My personal tip: Come visit small medieval villages like Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Vitré, Laon, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Pézenas.
where is the toilet? = où sont LES toilettes ?
If you want to say "where’s the toilet?" in French, you have to say "Où sont les toilettes ?", it’s plural
This is awesome! I am going to France for thanksgiving with a group of 13. This is a lifesaver!!!
As a French sub it was really interesting to watch. Small correction though for Where are the toilets: Où sont les toilettes ? 😀
Proud to see the first thing mentioned was Le Mont Saint Michel.
If you want the true experience of French Food, Lyon is the cuisine capital of the world. Check out the restaurants with the certified label "Bouchon Lyonnais", your belly will have a blast.
Hi Lexie and thank you so much to discribe France in such a so enthousiastic and positive way ! As a french woman just coming back from India, I can confirm that traveling solo in France could not be safer ! Most of the time, people are ell educated and respectful but I must agree that sometimes tourists are considered as "target" for pickpockets and so on… but as you said, common sense is a great vertue to avoid some bad situations. By the way, France has not to be limited to Paris, because these are beauties and wonders in each regions. From moutains, countryside, coasts, cities, from north to south, landscapes, climate and food is so different. The places I personaly love the most are "Bretagne" region and its wild landscapes, the Alpes moutains, Corsica, Nantes and its famous elephant, Bordeaux, the Alsace region with delicious wines and Christmas markets (Strasbourg, Colmar…). It’s really easy to use trains and buses to visit another place. France has so much to offer, I wish you great discoveries and "bon appétit" !
Its more like, ou est la toilette. we dont say ou est une toilette
👆 – MY PRIVATE PHOTO HERE 💑💗u💥
« Where is the toilet? » is « Où sont les toilettes? » not « Où est une toilette »😭
de Rock😊😊😊😊😊
To anyone who needs to hear this!! Investing rightly today can save you a whole lot of stress in the nearest future
Visiting France during winter is magical especially in Alsace. Strasbourg and Colmar are the most beautiful places during Christmas time 🎄😍
Bonjour, Lexie! 🙂👋🏼🇫🇷🥐🥖🗼
Please make a travel guide to Dubai, please please please !!!
As a solo female traveler I absolutely can’t go anywhere with my portable charger. It’s been such a life saver when I need to use my phone to navigate but my battery is low. I highly recommend getting a good one that lasts for a long time. They can be expensive but mine has saved me many times over.
The timing of his video is great! I’m going to Paris in 3 days!
Love the ideea. I am really curious what you have to say about every country 🙈 I just hope that you make this video a few times per week😁
Great series, looking forward to another episodes.France is a must visit,NFC is handy feature on smartphone without using card directly
Loved France. Went for the first time in July and want to go back so bad.
I spent a summer in rennes France and it was beautiful! I also got a chance to go to some of the castles on the west side of the country and the dunes du pila and calanques park on the east. Definitely places I didn’t know about before but very worth it!
Mais c’est Charles !!!!
This series is super exciting! Going to be a huge amount of work lol, so thanks for creating it. Can’t wait to watch and follow along!
Hey Lexie, How many times have you been to North Korea? I would love to go but unfortunately I don’t think it’s possible at the moment.
Way to go Lexie!!! Episode one is in the can. Can’t wait to see your tips for the rest of the world. Always entertaining and informative.
As a French man living in France and having traveled quite a bit in my beautiful country (never enough, though), here is what I have to say: Paris is a must do but highly overrated and the quality of the experience is decreasing quickly. Don’t spend more than a week there and take advantage of the museums (especially if you’re 26 or less, and a European citizen. Lots of free museums for you). I consider the French Riviera is overrated. Lovely landscapes but very crowded in the summer. I highly recommend trying to visit the countryside, pretty much everywhere. People might seem rude there especially if you end up being in the middle of nowhere and they are not used to having tourists and they might not speak English at all, but you will find the most beautiful landscapes, castles and villages of the country. If you go in the countryside in summer, try and find traditional village fests or religious ceremonies, which are often the best way to experience funny and interesting parts of our rich History and culture. If y’all need more infos or details, just ask me by answering to that comment and I’ll be happy to help
Hey hey lexi thank you I totally need this for August next summer I’m like secretly trying to figure out how I can get out of customs and out to the Effile Tower and back through customs in about 5 hrs or so haha…
Very informative! Thank you ♥️
This a great series idea 💡 👏
I’ve been to France 7 times and I could go back. There is so much to see.
I really enjoyed watching this guide! I would love to visit France one of these days. I definitely want to check out Paris and then also head out of the city to some of the other parts of the country.
Your videos are always amazing and very helpful and I can’t think of another person on a channel on here that does it better than you but it kinda stinks that you never engage with the people on here that support you. Not hating, just an observation and I look forward to more videos as they always put a smile on my face.
Hey Leslie,
I’m from Lyon, France. Somewhat disappointed Lyon wasn’t recommanded in this video… 😅 Honestly, this is pretty much spot on. All the info is useful and correct. Coming from a person that doesn’t live here, that’s impressive! Looking forward to the rest of the series. Keep it up! 🤙🏻
I’m going to watch every video of this series, knowing full well that I’ll probably never visit most of those countries
