where do they learn to talk baby-gravel voice?
Horrible voice, replace!
Floating tankless toilets. Large matted Seamless flooring for the health and easy clean.
No to exposed plumbing. Please give me lots of vanity top space. No to floating vanities. Yes to the stand alone tub, I just ordered mine. Also, I will still use modern sconce lighting and overhead ornamental lighting as I like the way it lights up our faces in the mirrors.

Omg the vocal fry…WHY are women trying to make themselves sounds like kim Kardashian clones?
Good luck with the separate shower and tub; most of us have tiny bathrooms. (I thought the sconce lighting was warm and welcoming, too).
Why all the vocal fry……impossible to listen to
I have always felt that there should be the same number of bathrooms as bedroom. That way you are not waiting for someone to get out nor are you being rushed out.
Gonna spend my money on timeless not trendy. I think this video needs to parse trend by age. I think boomers and the homeowners moving in an aging parent are preferring to renovate with Aging In Place in mind, such as drop in tubs to freestanding tubs because drop in and undermount tubs are easier to get in and out by sitting on the ledge. I wonder how hard it is to clean around a freestanding tub. And wonder if people are satisfied with how much storage comes with the sinks with display plumbing.
i don’t really care about trends, but i care about what i like.
Give me the timeless and boring. Bathrooms are hella expensive. I don’t have the extra money, or patience, to remodel my bathroom frequently. I can do bold with the towels and rugs.
trends are supid. every designer knows it inside. just use good looking proportions, shapes and materials with not too much extravagancy and you’ll be fine for years to come. don’t follow trends!
All the "trends" in this video other than the freestanding tub will be out of trend in a year or so. The freestanding tub is not new and has been around for decades.
I like the timeless clutter free, non busy
Catfish 2022 – 2021
Trend schmend.
It’s interesting that in this time of extreme global warming bathrooms are encouraging overuse of water, i.e. spa showers and standing soaking tubs….
Trends for normal houses.
I don’t like where these ‘trends’ are going. I see them being dated by this time next year. Always follow your heart…that is timeless!
Anybody can create a beautiful house if there is no budget
Why do so many women try to sound like Kim Kardashian? So awful with the fake crack voice.
..like gag me with a spoon..whatevaaa
Can you-say the trend is TOO EXPENSIVE! The faucet for the free standing tub is over $500 alone, tubs are $700-$2000, floating vanities are $500 for a small one and over $1700 for a dual sink and you still have to buy the faucet. A plumber will charge $1000 per day on average and for a full bath remodel can take at least a week. The lighted mirror can be over $500, I’m not even talking cost of light fixtures, tile, drain system,
Dumpster, mortar, cement board, demolition etc. Even if you think you will DIY, the city can come and inspect it and tell you to tear it all out because it does not meet code. Sorry to be a downer, but my advice is to shop used as much as you can. Learn to settle for something that will look just as nice.
Trends schmends.
A hahahaha…
2022 bathroom trends done a year ago????? Click bait
The amazing part about some are these comments are the ppl who came to a trend video to talk about how they don’t like trends ðŸ˜
Overall, great video!
Give me marble on marble any day
Thank you for the Great Ideas!
Honestly I have never seen a hidden drain, ty
I like the look of floating vanities, but can’t shake the idea of dust, hair, and dirt that would form underneath. It would be hard to clean.
this is awesome!
Can you please tell me where you found the bubble fixture on the left-hand side at 1:04 of the video?
I want a timeless look
I like the look of a free standing tub, but I can’t be bothered cleaning behind it and under it…no guess people with large bathrooms have cleaners…
Don’t listen to this vocal fry heap of garbage. If you’re a multi-millionaire, sure go with trendy for your bathroom. And have it look dated in 5 years when you can rip it all out and start again. For the rest of us muggles, go with the oh so "boring" timeless and enjoy a nice bathroom for the next 20 years. If you move, buyers appreciate timeless anyway. Good luck trying to get money back on your "statement" light fixtures, lol.
You know what’s out? Vocal fry. Sorry. Can’t listen to this….
Can you speak like an adult..not like a 5 year old…your tone made me leave your video
I couldn’t finish watching this because the narrator’s voice has so much vocal fry. I don’t understand why women do this. It’s so irritating to listen to. BTW, I’m a woman.
I totally can’t wait for the day I can convert a 20′-26′ bedroom into a bathroom. I always wanted a walk-in shower style in my bathroom
