Excessive heat is NOT good for your hair. Blow-drying on a high setting, straightening/curling, or using other heat tools on your hair often will cause even more breakage than before. Even if its not immediate, it will come eventually. Heat protectants can help, but they don’t prevent it.
Um.. Is Dove shampoo good..? And useful? I use the Hairfall rescue btw…

99% of these don’t apply to me bc I have curly hair meaning brushing my hair while it’s dry is almost impossible and causes sooo much damage and hair loss. And by curly hair I mean I only have 2c-3b curls and this is still the result
