I don’t know exactly what it is that happens to me in Japan, but my health all-round improves ENORMOUSLY. My skin, digestion, energy levels– all of this gets better. Magic land, I can’t wait to go back. Here’s hoping international travel is back on for 2022 and that these ridiculous surgical masks are optional by that point. I miss everyday life…coffee shops, smiling at people and being able to properly understand people talking. Right now it’s like people are talking, all muffled, into underpants hooked around their ears. It’s all I can think of!
